The Colchester Sewer and Water Commission will hold a Public Hearing to present and gather public comment on the proposed budget for the 2008/2009 Fiscal Year including proposed rate schedules. Copies of the draft budgets and rate schedule will be available in the Town Clerk and the Public Works offices of the Colchester Town Hall
