7th Annual Spring Clean Up - Volunteer Day Perhaps no event throughout the year does more to fulfill our department’s mission of “Creating Community Through People, Parks and Programs” than the annual Spring Clean-Up Volunteer Day. Volunteer to join hundreds of other community members and town organizations as we beatify various parks and school grounds throughout Colchester! come dressed to get dirty – participants are asked to bring gloves, shovels, rakes and wheelbarrows.
