Pursuant to Connecticut State Law, every municipality must complete a town-wide revaluation every five (5) years. The town of Colchester completed a revaluation for the October 1, 2006 Grand List.
Our next town wide revaluation will be completed for the October 1, 2011 Grand List. This revaluation will begin in approximately January 2011 and the “revaluation” update link of the website will be updated monthly throughout that project.
