The Collaborative for Colchester's Children Needs Your Input
As you may know, the Collaborative for Colchester's Children is a grant
funded partnership between the Town of Colchester, the Colchester School
Readiness Council, and Colchester Public Schools. We are in the final
stages of developing a comprehensive, research based community-wide plan
to support children aged birth through age eight and their families.
The grant supporting the plan is sponsored by the State Department of
Education and the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund.
Community input is vital to the success of this plan, and you may have
already provided input earlier through an online survey or by attending
a focus group. Now, your input is needed again to review a near final
draft of our plan before submission on June 30, 2009.
Please take a few minutes before June 12, 2009 and view the plan on
Again, this is a community developed and owned plan and your input is
vital to its success. Thank you for your interest and support of this
work to benefit our youngest citizens and our community as a whole.
